"Bajra" is a type of flour used to make rotis, but some of us have made it popular for desserts as well! I’m grateful for my mother’s exemplary culinary expertise, because she always knew how to take a simple dish and make it something special like the time when she made bajra tan. This was one delicacy that will forever be etched in my memory because of how amazingly well-made it was and so deliciously rich. Thanks mom!
