Thank you for shopping at Girveda. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchase with us: Once an order is confirmed, the Company will not accept return or refund requests, unless the outer box or package seal is broken or products are missing. Your request will be accepted for return/refund only on these scenarios, subject to the request made during the stipulated time frame as prescribed below. We, at Girveda, will be happy to find an amicable solution with our patrons for issues regarding the order.  YOUR ORDER RETURN/REFUND RIGHTS

  • In Case the Package is Damaged
  1. Return or refund requests will be accepted in case the outer seal or package is broken or damaged. 
  2. The deadline to report damaged products is 5 days from the date on which you received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered
  3. In order to exercise your right of return/refund, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement by visiting us on or through email:
  4. In the email, please mention the order number, image of the invoice, and 2 images of damaged or spoiled outer box image
  5. We will be unable to accept returns due to variance in taste, texture, colour or aroma. This is because our products are completely natural and made mostly by hand so no two batches will be identical 
  6. We will be happy to replace/ or accept the return of the damaged product(s) promptly
  7. In case of multiple shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.
  8. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
  • In Case the Product is Missing
  1. Girveda needs to be notified of missing goods within 3 days from delivery date via email: 
  2. In the email, order number, image of the invoice, 1 outer box image, clear images of the opened box with all items received and the product name which is missing.
  3. We will be unable to accept a refund request. But, we will be happy to promptly re-send the missing product
  4. Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter
NOTE: Please allow us to respond to our email within 48 hrs. We promise you of full assistance to be provided thereafter. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The following Goods cannot be returned:
  1.  The supply of Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
  2. The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over
  3. The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
  4. The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items
  5. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion
